1. Our services

We provide digital marketing services including SEO, performance marketing, email and WhatsApp marketing, social media management, website design and development, analytics and CRM setup. The scope, deliverables and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing.

2. Month-to-month engagement

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services run month to month with no long-term lock-in. Either party may end the engagement with reasonable written notice.

3. Ownership of accounts and data

You own your advertising accounts, data and brand assets. We work inside your accounts and you retain full access at all times.

4. Results and estimates

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Case studies and figures on this website are illustrative and do not guarantee similar results.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, ad-spend budgets and payment terms are set out in your proposal or invoice. Ad spend paid to third-party platforms is separate from our service fees unless stated otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt it.
• Do not submit false, unlawful or infringing information.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design and graphics, belongs to Funnel Castle unless stated otherwise and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or services.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
